Introduction to the Blackbelt Flow Practices
I have found these practices to be essential to maintain my balance and find my way forward. They support me to make a confident step forward when it is not obvious, there is no logically correct answer.
They give me strength if the anxiety, fear and doubt overwhelms me.
I find peace and calmness with these practices.
Yours will be unique to you. You may have some already.
These are not original but they are mine. In the same way that your practices will work for you.
This is the nearest I will get to telling you what to do.
When you are doing something strange and unfamiliar it is almost impossible without any guidance.
I needed guidance to build my confidence which I got from a year’s programme of coaching as nature.
That said, dive in. Pick what you like today and go with it.
Do it your way. Adapt what you find so it feels like it fits you.
